My son had them yesterday! He's very very hot now which I know is totally normal, but his arms are a patchy purple colour and his feet are just purple he's hot everywhere except his feet they are like ice!! Is all of this normal???

How hot is he?

A rash should be investigated especially if out of character

Ring your GP's out of hours service or NHS direct for medical advice now

What is his temp? His feet being purple is not good. Get him seen.
