Is there an age limit on Savlon?

One of my twins has cut his finger messing about with the cat flap, he will be one at the end of this month. I've cleaned it but I was just wondering if there is any reason why I can't put Savlon on it? I can't see any age limits on the tube but I don't have the box or the info sheet and unless I'm looking in the wrong place, the website has no info either. Can you use it on a (almost) one year old?

I used it (diluted) on cuts and grazes for DS when he was getting the hang of crawling at speed. As long as you get the dilution levels right it should be fine.

Online it says suitable for all the family so I think it would be fine.
