My 9 week old poops 2-3 times a day. Is this normal??

I'd say that sounds very healthy, people only usually worry if days go by with no poo, or it's hard little balls as this is a sign of constipation.

Yes. So long as it is soft, normal poo, anything between 10 times a day and every 10 days is normal (in an ebf baby - formula fed babies are usually more frequent I think).
