My daughter has been given antibiotics for tonsilitis and is refusing to take them, she has a temperature and is now refusing calpol or nurofen. Iv tried bribery, con sealing it in juice and forcing her with a syringe which was not a very nice experience. Any tips would be great

We had good results when we mixed them with chocolate syrup (the type you pour over ice cream), it is so sickly sweet that it hid the taste really well.

At that age we had to lie dd down and pin her arms and squirt into her cheek. She's 5yo now and happy to take meds but for a while force was necessary.
