Threadworms - after ovex how long before being passed through?

I treated all of us on Tues night following a few days of itchy & sore bottoms with the kids. Haven't seen any evidence of them yet, but is it too soon? I have blitzed & hoovered & wet dusted the house & steamed too including mattresses.

Sympathies. When we used Ovex, they seemed to crawl out that same night, but then they did that even before the Ovex, almost at 7pm on the dot. You have done everything right, and from memory the Ovex does work but not right away: my DD was itchier the night they crawled out, then 24 hours later there was respite. I've never seen her in such pain: threadworms sound trivial until you have them. I had no idea they were so irritating. Good luck.
