chewy vitamins for 2.5 yr old?

DS (2.5) refuses liquid vitamins - I've tried everything I've seen. I'm sure he'd happily have the same chalky/chewy sweety type ones that DD (5.5) has, but the packet says for children over 3. I'm not sure if this is because of the vitamin content, or just because it's a chewy tablet?I'm happy to give him the chewy tablet, but don't want to overdose him on vitamins!!!! any thoughts/advice/suggestions appreciated! ta

I think for that age they will be fine.

Ds had the bassets ones, has done since 2. I think its more choking hazard tahn anything else.
