20 month DD vaginal thrush

Hi, I think my DD has thrush. She has had very frequent bowel movements (say 4-7 times per day) for past 2 weeks. I change her asap, let her run outside with no nappy and use sudocrem, but she's gradually got redder and now to my (non-expert) eye I think its a yeast infection. She is very red with skin starting to break. We are away from home so can't see out of hours GP. Can I just get someting over the counter (I think she had daktacourt for something similar about 6 months ago) or should I take her to A & E. I don't want to wait as she is oviously in pain during nappy changes.

Thanks for any advice

You can go to any GP surgery ... I took ds last year whilst on holiday ... Have you seen anyone about her frequent bowel movements as this is clearly not normal ... I would just use usual canesten cream until you can see a GP.
