3 week old teething

my 3 week old is getting his 2 top teeth has the runs and is vommiting he is also struggleing with wind and poo never had others teeth this early can i give them calpol also if baby this young has blocked nose what can i do

I'd take him to the gp as a baby that young can dehydrate quickly. Calpol is not supposed to be given under the age of 2 months so again it's best to go to the gp
