Is my baby constipated?

DD is a week old. She has been ff since weds, so 3 full days now. Her poo is yellow and paste like, which I think is normal for ff babies? But tonight it was like tiny little balls, like pellets.

Could she be constipated/dehydrated? It has obviously been very hot. I am making up the formula according to instructions. Do I need to give her water too?

Her body is adjusting to the milk it will be slightly harder in formula but yes I would give her cooled boiled water and a little massage to help her tummy. :)
