Odd black heads on ds 2yrs

My ds appears to have a couple of clusters of black heads on his chin. We though it was his excema to start with but looking closer they are definitely black heads. What should I do?? Any thoughts?

Don't know, but DD (2.1) has just had a batch on her nose. One actually turned into a spot. Most odd.

Well at least he's not alone! I hate to think of the teenage acne he could suffer...going to just keep trying to keep his face clean...
