Red Spots - no blisters!? Pox/Gnat bite??

DD has woken up with 2 small red spots, one on her arm and one on her face. They don't have blisters and actually look like someone has drawn them on with felt tip (they haven't). She was a bit snuffly in the night but nothing major. Any ideas what these spots are?
She doesn't seem to be bothered by them.

Could be hand foot mouth. Have google. Can be anything but mild if they get them in their mouth. You can use difflam if so.

insect bites usually have a white centre and red surrounding it and are itchy. chicken pox starts with similar spots but within 12-24 hours become blistery. tbh could be something or nothing, you need to wait to see what develops.

similar to what you describe, not similar to gnat bites!
