My baby( second baby) is nearly 4 weeks old and is perfectly healthy, putting on perfect weight but has had diarrhoea for nearly 2 weeks.its about twice a day as you would expect regular poos but it is literally like yellow water....she also seems to have a lot of wind and a lot of stomach pain/ cramps?she has plenty of wet nappies too and is not dehydrated.been to doc and A& E.run some tests but nothing.no history of food allergies but am now lactose free.Any advise would be welcome...should I not worry if she is happy and healthy otherwise?will it pass? She is breast fed!thanks

do you mean you have cut out dairy? Lactose is in your breastmilk so your lo will still be taking in lactose at every feed.
