Nits experts please

Dd2 have a patch on crown of cradle cap and dandruff. Doing a nit check and she has lots of Flickr dandruff in the area and a few patches that seem stuck to the shaft. She only has these things in the dandruff area and no other tell-tale signs. My questions is, can some dandruff stick to the hair?

When I pick it off, it doesn't look like an egg, or remainder and it is white and not brown. There are no live lice. I did the check as I thought I'd found a lice but I think it was a greenfly. Please tell me fits dandruff!!!

sounds like dandruff but if I were you I would put some olive oil on her scalp before bed (put a towel on her pillow) then comb through in the morning

empty egg cases do look white not brown but dandruff can be sticky so if you oil it then you will be able to tell and know for sure

Mostly not from experience they tend to hang around behind the ears and the base of the neck

Ds1 had cradle cap pretty badly until yesterday.

When he had his bath, I put a towelling band round his head to prevent anything getting in his eyes and i used Lynx Clean shampoo. Just a pea sized blob cleared up a little scalp full of cradle cap. I'm very pleased.
