Poor DS, he's really in the wars. He's had a verruca for a month or so and today when playing in the garden the top seems to have come off and it's bleeding. It's clean but looks completely 'open' now. Do I need to do anything?! Is this anything to worry about? It's not hurting him. In fact he says it hurts less now.
