My son is 4 and seems to have funny big toes. They seem bulbous at the top and his toe nails grow at an angle and appear red in the corner. Who would check his feet for me? whose qualified in this area?

Is he in pain? Take him to GP/practice nurse.

Or are you due a HV appointment any time soon?

If his toenails appear red in the corners they could be painful, and ingrowing. Better sorted sooner rather than later.
