Nappy rash? Thrush? Do we need to see the doctor or is there something I can buy over the counter?

That's it really. She is nearly 1, I have googled the pics just to be sure. I have been using TeaTree cream and it looks not so sore but isn't going away.
Is there something I can buy over the counter or will I need an appointment in the morning?

Also we are still breastfeeding but my nipples and her mouth are fine is there always cross contamination?

I think it is best to see the doctor so that they can prescribe either an anti-fungal or anti-biotic.

Presumably you are doing what you can in terms of airing.

You can buy canasten for nappy thrush. Try a tiny bit, see how she gets on. I'd also use metanium which protects the sore skin.
