please help!
my daughter is four (five in october) and she seems continually sore down there. I have been dr countless times and they say it could be caused by constipation. any tips on relieving her pain will be so welcomed.

Could it be threadworms? is it worse at night?

Pancakeflipper · 15/07/2012 20:51

I thought it was a spelling error for foot. But obviously not.
Have they done a urine test to rule out UTI?
Is it sore and scratchy? Could be washing powder/ soap/ bath stuff.
What are her poo's like? Keep a diary of her bowel habits for a while.
You can get Lactose from chemists or prescribed Movicol.

But try more veg/fruit/ dried fruit like apricots and dates at first. Swop white bread for whole meal.

I saw the title and immediately thought threadworms - they had the same effect on my dd. A dose of ovex later, no more vulvitis.
