Query about baby boy's bits :)

I have a 6mo old ds.
I've been using cloth nappies, flushable liners and the odd bit of Sudocrem at night. Today he has a little patch of red on his scrotum (not completely abnormal, I assumed it was a bit of nappy rash) and little white ... bits on his willy and scrotum. I thought maybe dried flakes of Sudocrem, but am a bit concerned it may be something else, maybe thrush? Can baby boys get thrush too? Any ideas? He doesn't seem to be in any discomfort.

Probably stating the obvious but do the white bits wipe off/come off in the bath?

Anyone can get thrush.

Well they move around, ie - weren't attached to the skin surface, but they were reluctant to be wiped right off, if that makes sense? There also seemed to be a preponderence of them around the end of thr foreskin.

it's not as silly as a new pack of flushable liners leaving fuzz?

Oh, or a tissue got in the wash with the cloth nappy?
