Prolonged jaundice and altered sleep and feeding pattern

My ds is four weeks and although his jaundice seemed better last week it is back again now.
He was feeding very frequently, almost every hour but over the last few days it is more like every three hours, he even went for four.
He is not a great latcher and also had colic. He only feeds for five mins then falls asleep.
He has had days where he has been awake gor a long time but last few days only four hours or so.
When he is awake he is very alert.
One poo and many wet nappies.
He has had his bloods doe three times and always below treatment levee.
Waiting for hv to contact hospital prolonged jaundice clinic in the morning. She says it's ok he is sleeping so much and feeding so little as my mol is prob come in and HD has gained nearly four pounds!
I am aware that he should not need rousing to feed but also that the more he has the better for him.
Should I worry???

No, my DS did this too, but don't let him go over four hours. You just have to rouse him, hard as it is. Good luck with it!
