5 week old constipated and bile in sick

Hasn't pooed in over 24 hours. Just fed him and he was sick and it has yellow bile in it. Are they related? What shud I do?

I would get him checked over if you are in any way concerned. 5 weeks is too young to take risks with guessing what's wrong (me not you)!
