Just wondered really as I am still getting a fair amount of pain, esp going up and down stairs, slopes, walking outside my knee tends to give way etc..... Plus in the evening it feels slightly puffy, tight and stiff.

Its been 7 weeks now, is it still early days? Perhaps I am hoping to run before I can walk! Grin

Try this surgeon's website www.sportsorthopaedicspecialist.co.uk, he's got lots of quite useful information sheets on there.... It might say something helpful. Good luck!
