16mo ds came home from nursery on friday and puked everywhere. No diarrhoea so we thought, one off maybe?
anyway monday now, eaten basically nothing solid since friday, no diarrhoea but really terrible cough which causes him to bring anything up that he has recently eaten (mostly milk). on top of that, dh seems to have come down with it so as of yesterday afternoon he's been puking. we were all up all night. waiting for the stomach ache myself and panicking cause am emetophobic. generally f'ing miserable and seeing as misery loves company, wondered if anyone else out there is having a mare and fancies a moan!! oh, and wondered re: viral cough...i know they can last ages but do they stay really bad for the whole time? he'll waste away if he keeps coughing til he's sick!

poor you, devil...i always find it's the anticipation that's the worst thing, but can't cope with the idea of looking after ill baby while puking myself!! trying to make myself feel better by reminding myself that i might lose a couple of pounds...bit desperate for a positive spin!!

Well i say 5 days, he started with something last tuesday but it went again but by Sat hes been like this. Hes eating nothing just kept a cup of orange squash down. Everytime he coughs he cries. Its showing no signs of buggering off thats for sure. He had trots this morning too and puked last night. Hes had about 3 hours sleep in the last 24. Ive just run out of ideas now to keep him comfy :(
