She's only 3 months but for the last week has had really snotty stringy poo. She's ebf and the poo is the right colour, bit she's been struggling to pass it too. I've noticed she's very drooly, not sure if it's teething or a bit of silent reflux, or a bit of both, but it does seem linked.
Any ideas anyone? I'd ideally like the poo back to normal so she doesn't have so much grief passing it!
