Help 4 week old having difficulty with wind

Hi my 4 week old has difficulty getting his wind up, he also gets suck a lot. What can I do to stop this? I have tried infacol and gripe water etc.

I used to lie DS over my lap on front then back and rub belly/back in clockwise direction then pick him up and put over shoulder where he would often then do big burp. He has always been much harder to wind at night though which made putting him down to sleep a long affair but they do it themselves eventually.

Not sure what you mean by 'gets suck a lot'

DS slept on his tummy which seemed to help and made me less worried about choking on sick. Now he is 9m he often rolls onto side to sleep.
Also try moving legs like LO is on a bike as this helps digestion etc.
