antibiotics - help me plan when to give them

Ds has ab for an ear infection. It has to be given an hpur before food or on an empty stomach. Hes 7 so also has school but its near so i could go to give 1 dose if need be. I dont want to wake or wake him if mecessary as he needs his sleep and im already up a lot with baby dd.

He usually has breakfast at 7:30,
school dinners at 12,
Evening dinner/tea 6-7ish

he has to have 4 lots a day.
When would you give it?

1 before school
1 before school dinner
1 before tea
1 before bed

Pharmacist told me four hours min between doses but dd 18 mo so we did 11pm dose and back to sleep with bottle of milk.

I thought it would be 4hrs between but wasnt sure. So that would mean...
6:30 (bit early for ds, usually up at 7:30).
11:00 (not counting morning fruit as its not a lot of food)
3:30
8:00
That sounds ok but might get dh to give some at 1am ( when he comes to bed) and let him go back to sleep rather than waking him and me early.
