Facial Twitch caused from blocked nose

My DC (6) began the symptoms of hay fever a few weeks back. Her nose in particular is very itchy and blocked. It started a little in the beginning - just a quick screwing up of the nose and and pulling up the upper lip down - really an attempt to 'get to the itch' inside her nose. Anyway, its more pronounced now and v v frequent. Watching the kids in assembly today, she does it a lot and its v noticeable. She just says it helps the itch but it is involuntary. Hv bought Sudafed liquid tonight and gave her a dose before bed but cant use long term. Feel so sorry for her - will the twitch be there permanently? Anything I can do?

Take her to the Doctors. Hay fever comes in lots of form. Some allergy meds might help. Good luck
