My 2 year old is quite good with telling us when he wants to use a potty. I bought pants for him but we cant use them as his farts are a bit pooey. It is something he is not aware its coming so he doesnt tell us. I thought it was just a stage but its been a month and Im not sure what to do. He does normal poos anyway. Please help! Do you think I should see a doctor about it?

what are you feeding him?

keep a honest food diary for a week, review it(with GP/heath visitor) and you might have your answer.
