On Tuesday dd went head first down a slide at nursery, landing face first in gravel. She has a big graze across her upper lip and under her nose. It took 24 hours to scab over, but since then she has picked it off four times. Each time it bleeds profusely and seems no nearer to healing.
Is there anything at all we can do to protect her from picking it off? I don't suspect there is anything, but I am worried if she keeps on at it like this she will end up with it infected and/or a scar.
