Temp and think a swollen testicle

My son has bit of cold but has been happy as norm but just went to change him for bed and noticed he was really hot. 38.8. Changed nappy and think his left testicle looks swollen and almost a little like a faded yellowing bruise although we are not sure. Any ideas re this?

Get it checked asap.
My son had testicular torsion (twisted testicles) and if left they can be really nasty, inc infertility etc.
He had to have an op under GA and was kept in a few days and they said we were lucky to notice it. His was swollen too and he felt sick and tired.

My son had a swollen testicle after climbing over his cot. He had ruptured it. Please get this seen to ASAP.
