Is this chickenpox?

CP has been going around DD's preschool for the past few weeks.

This morning we found around 4-5 bright red spots on DD (stomach, chest leg areas). We've kept her off from school just in case but now I'm wondering whether it definitely is CP or not, as she seems fine otherwise, doesn't have a temp or anything. She did have bit of a cough last week but that seems fine now.

We are planning to keep her indoors over the weekend and told family members with children and a pregnant SIL not to come over.

Wondering if I'm being a bit PFB with her or can she get CP but not be ill otherwise IYSWIM.

Yes my dd had it last year and apart from spots no other symptoms. Only started off with a few spots but lots more appeared next day

Thanks for responding. It's day 3 and she has around 25 spots, including one on her eyelid and in her nose but thankfully she's not ill otherwise. Will be keeping her off preschool this whole week.
