7wk old with rash on face

DD2 has a raised rash on her face, mostly at the sides near her ears, under her chin and across the top of her chest and a little over her forehead. The spots are small and raised, slightly red with light dots in their middles.

Her tummy, legs and arms are clear, including elbow creases which makes me question my original assumption that I'd guessed the weather wrong and got her too warm so the rash could have been heat rash.
She is BF and has been eating, sleeping and filling nappies as usual today, she doesn't seem too hot

We haven't changed washing powder, and I can't think of anything unusual I may have eaten for her to react to, it doesn't seem to be worrying her

Should I try and get a dr appt for tomorrow to get it checked, or call NHS direct for their opinion, or leave it and see if it calms down on its own?

Any ideas on what it might be welcome

Thank you

As she is BF is it something you yourself are washing in?

Sounds very much like milk spots. They usually appear between 2 and 8 weeks I think, whether breast or bottle feeding. All four of mine had them - I think it is just a natural side effect and they usually clear up quite quickly.
You should speak to a doc if you're worried or your baby is unwell though - HTH
