Werid foamy vomit?

So dd (4) got up at 6 and has had 4 occasions of being 'sick' obviously there is nothing in her tummy as she has just woken. So it's just 'water' coming out and very little at tgat. But the last time it was foam reminded me of whisking egg whites, very strange is it just because there's not a lot in her tummy?

She says she feel fine, she has asked for breakfast which I have put her off for a bit and she's just had a little water to see how she goes. Doesn't feel like she has a temp. Any ideas?

Foamy clear vomit is just normal stomach contents. Acid and digestive juices. Just give water for a while and gradually increase the volume to see if it's tolerated. If full on vomiting bug develops treat accordingly.
