He has been complaining of stomach pains and is lying in bed a bit shivery.

He says he's not cold. His temp is a bit warm but not sky high. He doesn't want the toilet an he doesn't feel sick.

However, he does have ASD and putsan awful lot of non food stuff into his mouth. Last week I caught him licking the soles of his shoes.

I have only this morning discovered that the paint around the door has been nibbled off with paint flakes all over the floor.

What do you think? He is able to talk. Not sleepy. Just miserable and asking me what does he need to get better. I gave him some Calpol. He is 5.

The dangers are that he has got something stuck and paint flakes shouldnt do that.
How old is the paint around the door? Unless it is a old house with layers of very old paint it shouldnt be toxic.

It might well be enough to give him pain in his tummy though. He might be telling you he doesnt feel sick because he doesnt know what that feels like.
Can he usually tell when he is going to vomit?

Its hard when they have an abnormal pain threshold. DS might yelp and say he has been punched if someone brushes past him but if he falls flat on on his face he doesnt make a sound Hmm

When does Dp finish work?

Glad he's well enough to be a PITA!

Not sure how old the paint is as we're in rented but there are a few layers. Just found him with a set of alum keys in his mouth Hmm so was able to reinforce his poorly tummy being due to putting non-foods in his mouth.
