Fever

My 2yr old dd has tonsilitis with fever. The doctor has given dd antibiotics and paracetamol for the fever. Supposed to give paracetemal every 8 hours. The last one was at 3pm, so the next one should be at 11pm. She is sleeping at the moment. What do we do? wake her up to give the paracetemal or do we leave her to sleep and give it to her when she wakes up?

Thanks

Take her temperature whilst she is sleeping. If it's high then wake her, if okay let her sleep.
