spots - what could they be?

Dd (15) was off this morning with what she thought was a migraine (she gets them). She has just been down to tell me that the headache has passed but the spots which she noticed last night and we put down as heatspots have now grown and are all over her and very itchy.

To me, they look like the start of chickenpox (red, raised, as if they could be planning to turn blistery) but dd had chickenpox very badly when she was 10 (high fever, delirious, spots all over). How likely is it that she would get it again?

The complicating factor is that she is taking Prozac and painkillers, so if by any chance the spots were a reaction to that, we would need to know.

What should I do? If I ring NHS Direct it will take hours (am supposed to be out of the house within the next half hour). If it's chickenpox I don't want to take her to the surgery even if they could fit her in. If it wasn't for her general poor health and medication, I wouldn't need to know- I would just sit back and wait to find out, but as it is I feel I probably do need to know, particularly as dd is in her first GCSE year and working on a staggered return to school: chickenpox would totally throw our plans.

Wise Mumsnetters, have you a plan for me?
