Salt Cave therapy for asthma? Experiences please

I have heard that Salt Cave therapy can help compliment traditional asthma medicine such as inhalers. Has anyone had any experience of this (either the special salt pipes you can buy or the actual therapy sesions)? Thanks.

save your money
it has no efficacy, no benefit
will lighten your wallet though

Why do you say that scottishmummy? Have you had experience of it?

never done it has no efficacy, not significant in outcome
but will be accompanied by some pseudoscience guff
costly and ineffective

I can see absolutely no way how salt therapy would work physiologically. Confused

Breathing any humidified air can ease breathing - no need to add salt. Sit in a steamy bathroom instead and save yourself money.

theory presumably is thins secretions
like any humid atmosphere would
it's costly woo hoo
