Eczema?

My 4yo dd has never suffered from eczema before but she has a sore rash all over her ear and along her hair line which looks very like it. It first appeared when the hot weather started and has spread slightly. She has probably ten spots on her face.

I'm not quite sure what to do. Can't get dr appt until Wednesday. She's at nursery tomorrow and I'm concerned about her being hot and itchy.

If it is eczema keeping it moisturised will help. Put E45 or Vaseline on it.

I have to say it doesn't sound typical but it could be in those areas if she is sweating a lot or dribbles in her sleep and the saliva pools there.
