Chicken pox, more spots, what are they?

DD has had chicken pox, sunday last week the spots started coming out, continued til tues/wed, and since then have scabbed over, most of them nicely, a couple a bit angry looking but getting there.

However under her arm, where the first spot appeared, she has a lot, these are the angriest looking, however, in addition to the chicken pox spots, she now has new ones come up, sine friday, around 10-15 small painful ones with little white heads (but not whiteheads not sure that makes sense). I had thought it might be due to the heat and skin rubbing, but actually some where covered with light cotton, and yesterday she stayed indoors where it has been cool, and they have been uncovered/aired.

Any ideas? they first appeared like more chicken spots which is not possible?

It could be impetigo...although that is usually yellow and crusty, but it might start out as spots like you describe (my two had it ages ago but can't remember how it first appeared...)

Maybe it's some kind of blocked pore which has got infected

Hope it's all better soon Smile
