Any nutritionists around? I want to know the effects of a carbohidrate based diet

I will describe the diet as follows:

  • breakfast: sugary cereal no milk, or croissant , or 2 digestive biscuits, (all served with half a cup of apple juice)
  • snack: two digestive biscuits served with squash or half a cup of apple/orange juice
  • Lunch : a choice of sausage roll or meat paste sandwich, served with a packet of crisps or mini cheddars, and a small packet of biscuits, and half a cup of apple juice
  • Dinner: 3 fish/chiken fingers or a burger with half patty of meat served with chips and a tbsp of carrots; or 6 inch cheese pizza. All served with half a cup of apple juice.

No other products, protein, vegetables, dairy or fruit are regular part of the diet.

Any nutritionists around who could help me to understand the effects of such diet if followed over 3 years by a young child?
