My 6 yr old has such a red sore bottom, also its slightly bleeding. This is all due to him not wanting to go for a poo at school. He does small bits in his pants, then that rubs the bum. So by the time he comes home it usually bleeding. Its so difficult to clean as it hurts. I am so fed up with it now, I dont no what to do. He would rather shit himself than use the loo.:-!

I would speak to the school nurse first of all, the office will have the phone number. Maybe finding out what worries him about going at school? Is he worried about privacy, smells, noises? Perhaps another toilet he could use might help.

It sounds like smearing/possibly overflow and must be uncomfortable.
