Small, Flat, Red Spot on Arm

DD (2.6) has a small, flat, red spot on her arm, which has been there for many months.

I looked at it this morning and I can't decide if it has got bigger or if it's just that she is bigger IYSWIM.

I am going to take her to the docs about it I think, but wondered if anyone had any ideas?

How small is it?

Slightly bigger than a pin prick.

Spider naevus? Look at some pictures on Derm NZ. My DD has a couple of these on her hand.
