His front top tooth has just fallen out and now there is this long, pointy piece of gum there. I've never seen this before. With my other DC there's always a 'hole' left there when a tooth falls out.
Is this normal? What will happen to the gum? The pointy piece of gum comes down as long as his tooth next to it.
