dark greeny brown snot

is this normal?
ds is real rough with a cold but ive never seen snot so thick and such an horrible colour

Totally normal.
The whole 'what colour is the snot' thing is outdated advice (not that it stops most GPs asking ). Yes it is probably an infection but probably viral and therefore the normal advice applies.... calpol, rest, fluids and wait it out.

Obviously if you're concerned see a GP. Wishing a speedy recovery.
