Urine infection?

DC (3 yrs) has been complaining of a sore tummy, has a yo yoing temp (dealt with using neuforfen / calpol) and has a slight greeny discharge in her pull ups in the morning - this has been occasional rather than consistent.

Does it sound like a urine infection?

yes imogen a bit of a smell too.
Sounds like a call to the GP in the morning!
they'll no doubt want a urine sample to test which will be impossible to get so is it worth getting her to wee in one of our plastic pots from home, to take with us (i ask as you say your DD is prone to this)?
thanks for responding.
