Repeated tummy problems

DD (6) has had 3 bouts of V&D each a week apart and seemingly fine (appetite, energy etc). She is not generally one for tummy bugs (more colds etc) but of course has picked up the odd thing at school. This is weird though. The week gaps seem bizarre. The rest of us are fine and we're a huggy lot so if it were a bug I would have expected at least one of us to get something too - especially her little sister. She's eaten exactly the same as her sister each time.

Any ideas?

It's possible that it has just upset the balance in her tummy causing temporary chaos with food absorption and tolerance. Maybe some vitamins and probiotic drinks/ yogurts to help replenish natural gut flora. In mean time keep her diet fairly plain steamed chicken rice veg stuff like that to give her a chance to recover fully :)
