thyroid in 5 year old

Anyone can recommend an integrative medicine group or natural doctors that can help my 5 year old that has just received bloods. High TSH and antibodies.
I would prefer natural dessicated thyroid. Anybody know doctors in London? We just arrived from the US.

Try the British Thyroid Org, or Mary Shomon's site (from the US). There is a list of recommended doctors in various countries.

It is possible to buy Armor natural dessicated thyroid extract, but I don't think the conversion of the dose is straightforward.

From memory, there is a Dr Gordon Skinner, and a Dr Barry Peat-Duffield something or other.

The best thing is to google 'Armour dessicated thyroid'.

The only problem is that the synthetic hormones are much cheaper and the natural extract has all but disappeared.......also doctors who act outside the mainstream are often under the threat of being struck off as they have dared to treat the patient rather than a set of blood test.

Bitter? You bet! Had to fight for 11 years for diagnosis/treatment, still 10-11stone overwieght and not yet feeling well.
