My ds 3.4 has seemed unwell for a few days. Clingy, more tired than usual, off his food, complained his tummy hurt. 2 days ago he had lose pale stools. Today he wanted milk when he woke. Wanted breakfast but then didn't eat it and has taken himself back to bed. He feels like he has a slightly raised temperature.
Any ideas? TIA
