Milk crust on 2.2 yo

Ds2 still has some milk crust on his scalp at 2.2 years old.
I've tried dentinox shampoo to no avail. Olive oil is a bit tricky as he has quite a lot of hair.

Any recommendations?

I wouldn't use Dentinox as it's quite strong and could be doing more harm than good. If you wash his hair every day then switch to every other day as washing is quite drying.

Really? I thought dentinox was meant to treat milk crust!!!
I'll stop - I already wash his hair every other day so maybe I should do once every 3 days...

It does treat milk crust (cradle cap?) but it contains really strong chemicals so it would be worth stopping and seeing if a bit of a rest helps his skin to balance itself out.
