My 20 month old DS has had spots on his face for the last couple of weeks. They look very much like teenage acne. Having vaguly heard of baby acne I thought it might be that and have just ignored it, but it's getting worse not better so I did of MN and google research and realise that baby acne is normally when they're a few weeks old, not approaching 2 years! Could it be acne? If not what might it be and should I carry on ignoring it or now it's been at least two weeks (in fact, it might be 3, I'm not quite sure) does it warrent a trip to the docs? The spots are mostly on his checks with the odd one on his forehead. He has had/got an odd few that are very close to his eyes or on his eye lids which do look sore but the rest don't appear to bother him. He's had a bit of a sniffle, but not much.
