My DS keeps blinking, usually in the evening and asking for a wet flannel for his eyes as they are sore. Could this be hayfever? What else could it be? Any suggestions please?!!

Just had this with DD1 last week. I was a bit thrown as she said stinging eyes not itchy ones. Then this week she woke up really itchy all over. Dr says that it's an allergy/hives type thing, most probably hay fever.

We have asthma, hay fever and eczema on both sides so I'm not surprised. Do you have any of these things in your family?

My DH has hayfever..but that's about it..can you get kiddie antihistamine that doesn't make them drowsy/hyper!!!?
